  I am completely disappointed in the service my friend and I received the last time we ordered from here. And also the service I received the last time I ordered for just me.
  A few weeks ago, my friend and I ordered one large pizza and a personal size Alfredo pasta pan. We called about an hour before they began deliveries. They informed us of this, and said that they would make the pizza and pasta still and deliver it. What they did not tell us, however, was that they were going to make it right then, have it sit for an hour, and then sit another 45 minutes in the vehicle. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, looked old, and was smashed up on one side of the box (we could only assume that someone had dropped it and didn't bother making a new one or trying to fix it). When we opened the pasta, the pasta noodles on the edge were hard, as if it was old, and the pasta itself, was cold. We were very unhappy with it, but decided not to call yet. The pizza we ordered was a simple pizza. Stuffed crust, with tomato and extra sauce. When we picked up one of the pieces, it immediately flopped down like a wet rag. And in the bottom of the pizza crust was a huge hole about and inch and a half wide. This pizza was awful. We then put the pieces back and called to complain. A woman named, Candy, answered. I asked for the manager and she said, "I AM the manager." We explained the pizza and pasta to her over the phone. Her response? "Well I made that pizza myself and there was nothing wrong with it!" And she was less than kind about it. We asked for a new pizza. She said that the wait would be at least two hours. My friend who had worked at this Pizza Hut before, explained that Candy did this a lot to try and get customers to say never mind to the new pizza. We didn't fall for it. I asked if we could still get the pizza. Candy said, "I'll make a new one and have it sent." Then hung up on me. The new pizza arrived about 45 minutes later and it was much better. It didn't have extra sauce but that would be a silly reason to complain.
  My next experience with this Pizza Hut was disappointing as well. I ordered a family size Alfredo pasta. A simple order in my opinion. I asked for no chicken. At the end of calling for my order, I was hung up on, by Candy. When I got the pasta, it had chicken on it, and there were holes in the pasta where you could see through to the pan. It was clear that someone had picked at my food. When I messaged my friend (same one who used to work here) and explained it. He told me that many of the employees did this a lot, would pick off peoples food thinking they wouldn't notice. I was disgusted, but decided not to call in fear of having Candy answer. I had heard several things about how rude she was and how people I know don't order from this location specifically because of her.
  I love Pizza Hut, their food is amazing and usually their service is good. But I will not be calling this Pizza Hut any time soon.
